COMPATIBILITY

What watches are OnStrap bands compatible with?

Our bands are designed exclusively for the AP x Swatch Royal Pop collection. They are precision-engineered to fit the Royal Pop's 37mm case with its unique lug design. They are NOT compatible with the original Audemars Piguet Royal Oak or other MoonSwatch models.

Do I need any tools to change the band?

No tools are required. Our proprietary quick-release mechanism allows you to swap bands in seconds by hand. Simply slide the connect button and the band pops right off.

MATERIALS

What material is the link bracelet made of?

Our Link Bracelets are crafted from 316L stainless steel with a premium brushed and polished finish. The clasp features a double-push butterfly deployment mechanism for secure wear. Each bracelet undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure durability and a luxury feel.

What material is the band made of?

Our watch bands are constructed from premium FKM (Fluoroelastomer) rubber - the same material used by high-end luxury watch brands. FKM rubber is highly resistant to sweat, UV rays, staining, and is extremely durable. It is softer and more comfortable than standard silicone.

Are the bands waterproof?

Yes. Both our high-grade stainless steel bracelets and high-performance FKM rubber bands are 100% waterproof and ready for daily wear, including swimming and light water activities. However, we recommend rinsing your watch with fresh water after exposure to salt or chlorinated water.

Will the stainless steel scratch my watch?

No. Our Link Bracelets are designed with smooth, polished contact points that won't scratch your Royal Pop case. The end links are precision-machined to sit flush against the watch lugs without any metal-on-metal friction.

When will my pre-order ship?

Current pre-order items ship approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Please contact us at info@on-strap.com to request a cancellation.

Why is pre-order pricing lower than regular pricing?

Pre-ordering is our way of rewarding early supporters who believe in our brand from the start. Pre-order prices represent a significant discount compared to regular retail pricing. This is a limited-time offer for our initial batch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes.

No. TOnStrapis an independent accessory brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch, Audemars Piguet, or any of their subsidiaries.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Because of the custom, premium nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

To file a claim: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of the issue.
Resolution: Approved returns will be promptly replaced or fully refunded.
